Here, survivors lead the way.

She Matters began as a way for survivors to find one another– to be seen, heard, and believed. It grew from a simple truth: survivors deserve spaces where their voices are not only welcomed, but valued. Today, that foundation of connection carries forward as a community-driven movement working to transform how care, justice, and healing are accessed after sexual violence.

As a survivor-led organization, our work is guided by lived experience and the knowledge that those who have walked this path understand it deeply. We are here to walk alongside you – offering support, education, and digital tools that help survivors understand their rights, explore their options, and choose what healing looks like for themselves.

Everything we do is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and a commitment to ensuring that every survivor, no matter who they are or where they live, can access trauma-informed care, supportive community, and pathways to justice and healing.

 Our Commitment

Our work is not about speaking for survivors. It's about creating the space, support, and tools so survivors can share their stories, be believed, and access the care and justice they deserve.
